Badminton Shoe Size & Fit Guide: How to Measure Your Feet Correctly
Badminton shoes need a snugger, more precise fit than everyday sneakers — too loose and you'll lose stability on lunges; too tight and you'll get blisters during long rallies. Here's how to get it right when ordering online.
Step 1: Measure Your Foot Length
Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel, then measure the distance in centimeters. Do this in the evening, since feet swell slightly through the day, and measure both feet — use the larger measurement.
Step 2: Check the Brand's Size Chart, Not Just Your Usual Size
Yonex and Victor sizing can run slightly differently from regular street shoes and from each other. Always cross-check your measured length against the specific product's size chart rather than assuming your usual UK/EU size will match exactly.
Step 3: Consider Width, Not Just Length

Step 4: Leave a Thumb's Width of Room at the Toe
