At Racket Rush, we strive to provide authentic and high-quality products to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Racket Rush, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products showing signs of wear, creasing, dirt, or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • Tags or labels have been removed

  • The product box or packaging is damaged

  • The return request is raised after the allowed timeframe

  • Minor differences in packaging, labeling, or QR codes

  • Concerns related to Chinese Edition products after disclosure

Such cases will not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

3. Authenticity Verification Policy

All products sold by Racket Rush are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and sourced from legitimate suppliers.

If a customer raises concerns regarding authenticity, the product must be verified only through:

  • An authorized brand retail store, or

  • An official brand service center

Opinions from:

  • Local shopkeepers

  • Resellers

  • Friends or acquaintances

  • Online forums or social media groups

will not be considered valid proof of counterfeit products.

Refunds will not be issued based on suspicion or unverifiable claims if the product supplied is genuine.

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact Racket Rush customer support within the allowed timeframe and provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for the return request

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

Racket Rush reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on policy compliance.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to the designated return address.

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Where applicable, the following may be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Payment gateway transaction fees

  • Customs or import-related charges

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.

Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Racket Rush may offer:

  • An alternative product, or

  • A refund according to this policy.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the shipment may be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, the following charges may be deducted from any applicable refund:

  • Shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Payment gateway transaction fees

9. Delivery Delay & Cancellation Policy

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • International logistics

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier partner delays

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Orders cannot be cancelled solely due to delivery delays once the order has been confirmed or shipped.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the delivery timeline.

10. Final Approval

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to inspection and final approval by Racket Rush.

Racket Rush reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.

The decision made by Racket Rush after review shall be considered final for the transaction.
