Welcome to Racket Rush. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By visiting our website, placing an order (online or offline), or making payment to Racket Rush, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Racket Rush, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • You understand the product origin, edition type, and delivery timelines.

  • No verbal conversation, WhatsApp message, phone call, or informal communication overrides these written Terms.

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or purchasing under parental/guardian supervision.

These Terms apply to all customers, including website buyers, WhatsApp buyers, Instagram buyers, and offline buyers.

Payment made to Racket Rush through any method constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Product Origin & Manufacturing Disclosure

To maintain transparency:

  • Approximately 90% of products listed on our platform are manufactured in China or Taiwan.

  • Many footwear models sold by Racket Rush are Chinese Edition (Chinese ED) models.

  • Chinese Edition products are region-specific models intended for the Chinese market.


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The product may be Chinese Edition.

  • Packaging, tags, QR codes, or verification methods may differ from Indian retail versions.

  • Manufacturing tags such as “Made in China”, “Made in Vietnam”, or other factory markings may vary depending on the production batch.

3. Product Images & Specifications

Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

Actual products may have minor differences, including but not limited to:

  • Box design

  • Label format

  • Insole printing

  • Manufacturing tags

  • QR code format

These variations may occur due to factory batch differences or regional production variations.

Such differences shall not qualify for refund, replacement, or dispute if the product is authentic.

4. Pricing & Payment Policy

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and EMI (subject to bank eligibility).

Racket Rush reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Refuse service at its sole discretion

If an order is cancelled by Racket Rush, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Customs Duty & Import Charges

Some products sold by Racket Rush are imported through international channels.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Customs duty, import tax, or clearance charges may be imposed by government authorities.

  • Such charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.

Racket Rush is not responsible for:

  • Customs decisions

  • Import duties

  • Government regulations

  • Customs clearance delays

Failure to pay customs charges may result in shipment hold, return, or confiscation, for which Racket Rush shall not be held liable.

6. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days.

Delivery timelines may increase due to:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Seasonal demand

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed deadlines.

Racket Rush shall not be held responsible for delays beyond its operational control.

7. Offline Orders Policy

Orders placed through:

  • WhatsApp

  • Instagram

  • Direct bank transfer

  • UPI transfer

  • Phone confirmation

are legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are provided with our website link before confirming orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms before making payment.

Payment confirmation automatically indicates acceptance of all policies listed on this website.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Cancellation requests before shipment are subject to approval.

  • Refund processing timelines depend on banking and payment gateway policies.

Racket Rush reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Compliance concerns

  • Suspicious transactions

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is returned in original condition 

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Shoes show signs of use

  • Footwear has creases

  • Tags are removed

  • Packaging is damaged

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Return shipping charges may apply.

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Racket Rush.

10. Packaging Policy 

Products may or may not be shipped in the original packaging depending on availability and shipping requirements. Secure protective packaging will always be used to ensure safe delivery.

11. No Exception Clause

There will be no modifications, special exceptions, or alterations to these Terms for any individual customer.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full without negotiation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Racket Rush shall not be liable for:

  • Customs duties or import charges

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Courier delays

  • Minor variations in packaging or labeling

  • Customer misunderstanding regarding Chinese Edition products after disclosure

Maximum liability of Racket Rush shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Brand name

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Media

are the intellectual property of Racket Rush and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in  Uttar Pradesh.




15. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent charge backs or payment disputes after receiving an authentic product.

In the event of a payment dispute or charge back initiated by the customer, Racket Rush reserves the right to submit order records, shipment tracking, payment confirmations, and customer communications as evidence to the relevant bank or payment gateway.

If a charge back is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, Racket Rush reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of the disputed amount, including any payment gateway penalties, administrative costs, and legal expenses incurred due to such dispute.

16. Abuse, Defamation & False Claims Policy

Racket Rush maintains a strict policy against false accusations, defamatory statements, or attempts to damage the brand's reputation.

Customers agree not to:

  • Publish false allegations regarding product authenticity

  • Post misleading or defamatory reviews

  • Spread incorrect information about Racket Rush on social media platforms, forums, or messaging groups

If a customer engages in defamation, false claims, or malicious attempts to harm the reputation of Racket Rush, the company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to defamation and cyber law provisions.

17. Final Decision & Merchant Discretion Clause

In the event of any dispute related to:

  • Product authenticity

  • Packaging differences

  • Product edition type (Chinese Edition / International Edition)

  • Shipping timelines

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds

the final decision shall rest solely with Racket Rush after internal review of the case.

Racket Rush reserves the right to evaluate order records, supplier authentication, shipment documentation, and customer communications before making a final determination.

The decision made by Racket Rush following such review shall be considered final and binding for the transaction.
